The fully equipped kitchenette is including stove top, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster etc. for family to share a meal within the suites. Both bedrooms and lounge area have a flat-screen LCD TV to enjoy different entertainment. All the suites provides large spa pool and the upstairs one offers a shared balcony with outdoor furniture.

The well appointed family three bedroom suite is ideal for larger family's or a group of friends. It provides a perfect blend of space and privacy. The spacious lounge features a large sitting area with comfortable sofas and a dining table - great for entertaining. A fully equipped kitchen features an oven, gas cooktop, large fridge, microwave and a dishwasher. The master bedroom is very spacious with a large king-size bed with a connecting door to the shared bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and the third offers two king singles. All bedrooms and living spaces are air conditioned. Facilities include one toilet (in a separate room) and a bathroom containing a shower and sink.

When we asked for ice, Antony went and bought some. He also upgraded us to the 1 bedroom, and it was very roomy. The tub was huge. Great water pressure. All the staff was super friendly. We had read mixed reviews online, but we took a chance because our Auckland Marriott hotel had turned out to be a bitter disappointment, forcing us to change plans. Silver Fern was so much better that we were very glad we stayed. The whole area of Rotorua has a sulfur smell, but it wasn't overwhelming, like at the geysers and hot springs nearby. We also didn't see the mosquitoes some other people talk about in reviews.

I extended our stay an additional night we received complimentary cookies and milk. Loved that cleaners did daily cleanings of the rooms. The private spa was the star of the room huge and spacious loved the fold out and beds our own fanily suite, overall so comfortable. I loved our kitchenette and the deck out door table was super cute. I will be back again soon with my family I just wish I booked the massage and body wraps but my family felt so comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

The kitchen setup was good with enough dishes and cutlery including pots and a toaster and kettle and ample tea and coffee as well as a small bottle of milk and two small packets of biscuits. The room was very clean so thank you housekeeping.

Helen was very polite and professional, making us feel welcome. The location was excellent - just a short distance from the Redwoods, supermarkets, and a good coffee shop. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We also appreciated the thoughtful touch of a manual for using the TV. Overall, we had a wonderful experience!
