We received a warm welcome at Silver Fern Spa and the staff continued to be very pleasant the entire time we were there. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with plenty of floorspace. Great spa outside the back of the room. It was relaxing as the premises were quiet and the cleaning staff did not disturb us however, we returned each day to find our room lovely clean and tidy with fresh towels. It was great to have the option of watching some DVD's that were available free of charge. We definitely recommend Slive Fern Suites and Spa.

The room had well equipped kitchen facilities, beautiful spa area and very comfortable beds. The staff were very nice and helpful, and it was really lovely place to stay. We felt comfortable and well looked after. The onsite laundry was much appreciated from us who undertook a number of activities in Rotorua. Wonderful base for your adventures in Rotorua. Easy and plentiful parking and close to Te Puia, the town centre, shopping centres and parks.

The room, spa & spa area were great ( we were lucky enough to get a ground floor Suite). The rooms were clean and the staff excellent. Exceeding our expectations. The washing amenities available were great, and if required clothes airers were available for clothes that could not go into the dryer

Greeted by reception who was very friendly and helpful. Nice guy sorry didnt catch your name. Our room was located on the ground floor. Nice and cozy for our small family. Nice kitchenette. Great shower pressure. Kids loved our own private spa pool. The heat pump/air conditioner came in handy when it got abit warm in the room. Location is perfect with lots to see and do in and around the area and close to all amenities.

Very comfortable bed with great quality linen. The spa was excellent. Condiments provided were generous and highly appropriate. We arrived at 1.30pm and the room was available 30mins before check in which was most appreciated. Staff were efficient, obliging and friendly. The location of the complex is central to Rotorua CBD. Fenton St is a very busy street but with the unit slider and windows closed there is no noticeable noise.

This motel was newly refurbished so it was in excellent condition. There was a big Spa in our room. The room size was just right and clean. I could have given it a top score but did not because we got a room right out, close to the main street. Asked to change but the owner said there were no other vacant rooms. Anyway, the beauty of it was it wasn't all that bad. We weren't bothered by the noise at all as it wasn't a too busy street. Will definitely come back.

The private courtyard with 'fill your own spa' is awesome. Rooms are well set out, enough space and options I.e can watch TV from spa! Beautiful complimentary items in bathroom to use and plenty of massive towels. Lovely tea, coffee, cookies and more in kitchen. Staff are fabulous and went out of their way to help with a last minute request - thank you so much. Comfy beds, great quiet location and plenty of free onsite parking, and the shower pressure is unbelievably excellent

Comfortable King bed. Air Conditioning in our room. private spa and lovely staff. our room also came with a coffee machine and a private park right outside our door! We would definitely stay again when we next visit Rotorua.

The location is great! Just south of the town, very close to Te Puia, for example. Short drive to government house. The room is large, and the spa tub is huge! Room is quiet, parking on site with very little walking. Overall great value for money. Staff very helpful and gave us restaurant suggestions.
